Position summary
The Clinical Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the activities of the Clinical Team with the development, integration, and quality assurance of content for the Safe Delivery App (SDA). This includes contributing to clinical content creation, ensuring accurate integration of materials into our IT platform’s Content Management System (CMS), and helping maintain alignment with the latest evidence‑based clinical guidelines. Strong IT competencies—particularly related to digital platforms—are essential.The role will further support the development of new modules on climate‑wise care, suturing, and leadership, as well as the adaptation of national SDA modules. In addition, the Clinical Coordinator will assist with general coordination, communication, and administrative tasks related to the clinical components of the Safe Delivery Programme.
Key responsibilities
1. Support content development for SD+ platform & for Clinical training packages:
Draft manuscripts for new modules under supervision and participate in clinical adaptation processes for existing modules.
Gather and prepare CMS content for new modules and country versions.
Provide picture guidelines and suggestions for animations.
Support the development of questions for the MyLearning platform.
Review the videos and animations of the modules.
Provide support for the smooth operation and administration of the SDA and CMS, including troubleshooting if needed.
Assist in Quality Assurance of the SDA including administrative support (such as perform content checks, manage admin tasks, communicate QA standards, participate in app user testing, document findings).
Support development and update training material to latest evidence and guidelines and to specific country contexts.
2. Coordination with the clinical team & Head:
Proactively align and discuss progress with clinical team.
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
3. IT Support & Administrative Ad Hoc Tasks:
Collaborate with the team on the Safe Delivery IT platform to integrate content into the system during development stages.
Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
The profile we are looking for

Qualifications
Required:
Registered Midwife (by preference) or other similar Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (SRH) professional.
MSc in public health, global health, Midwifery, Digital Health, IT, Techno-Anthropology or related field.
Minimum 3 years of practical work experience as a midwife or other relevant SRH health care professional.
Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A Danish work permit
Preferable:
Experience in midwifery-education content development.
Clinical training/education experience.
Experience in digital platforms and systems – specifically working with Content Management systems (CMS).
Experience in evidence-based guideline development.
Written fluency in one of the MF global modules languages (French, Arabic, Spanish and Portuguese).

Terms and conditions
The position is a permanent full-time employment based in Copenhagen, Denmark. The way of working is a hybrid model with the possibility to work from home up to twice a week. Salary will be based on Maternity Foundation’s salary scale guidelines and qualifications. The deadline for applying is March 15th 2026.
