Abdul Rahman Safi

Safi is originally from Afghanistan and born and raised in Pakistan. He is currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management at Marmara University in Istanbul, where he has lived for the past five years.

Safi is particularly interested in how health systems can be strengthened through evidence-based policies and the effective use of resources, especially in diverse and resource-constrained settings. Alongside his studies, he is actively involved in youth leadership, advocacy, volunteering, and community-focused initiatives in Istanbul. In his free time, he enjoys playing chess, cricket, and badminton, as well as exploring poetry and literature.
