Head of HR & Operations – IT, HR Operations & Finance​

As the Head of HR & Operations, Kristina leads the full HR lifecycle, from recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and care to offboarding as well as working closely with the management team on organizational development.

Kristina brings experience in both hands-on and strategic HR from a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, with a focus on well-being, coaching, and talent management, most recently from Reach for Change. Kristina has an eclectic, professional background from working with young children and parents, multilingualism, PR and awareness raising, storytelling, social entrepreneurship, innovation, presentation and facilitation. She holds a BA in Spanish Spanish & Latin American Language and Culture, and a MA in Cross Cultural Studies from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.

Kristina is value driven by passion and particularly drawn to innovative solutions and improving maternal health outcomes.
